The Variegated Philodendron Subhastatum is an uncommon houseplant with variegated leaves that are orange, yellow, and green.
It is a member of the Araceae plant family and is an epiphytic tropical climber. It is known for its bi-colored foliage.

The Philodendron subhastatum was originally from Colombia, this variegated form is a mutation from the green naturally occurring form. The leaves are a nice green with variegation ranging from bright orange to golden hues. New leaves emerge a beautiful light pink color and fade to a variegated green.

This plant is a very easy growing and beautiful choice that will  bring a nice contrasted variegation into your collection.

Care Tips
The Philodendron Subhastatum is easy to maintain and propagate. It grows best in bright, indirect sunlight for at least six hours a day. It also needs free-draining soil with added orchid bark or perlite. You should water it when 50% of the soil is dry. The average household humidity is good for this plant.
