Q: When will my order ship out?

A: We ship out every Monday if Monday falls on a federal holiday we will ship out the following day. 


Q: Am I able to combine offers and promotions? Or retroactively apply a coupon or discount ?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to combine discounts or coupons at this time. After an order has been placed we can not apply a promotion or a discount. Discounts and coupons are non-refundable for cash or store credit. 


Q: Do you combine orders?

A: If you already placed two or more orders we can combine them for shipping. Please be aware that shipping prices are calculated at checkout, for each specific order. When combining orders; this can cause price fluctuations in shipping cost and customer will be responsible for any overhead costs. We will refund any difference in shipping multiple orders when possible. 


Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: If you notify us within 24hrs of placing your order :
We will cancel and refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. After 24 hours we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. Otherwise, all sales are final.


Q: Can I add more plants to my order?

A: Yes! This is possible but can sometimes cause processing delays. Please email us @ 


Q: Can I combine an Etsy order with a Shopify order? 

A: Unfortunately we can only process an order on either platform but not both. 


Q: I received my plant but some of the leafs or petiole have damage , have yellowed, looks wilted, has a brown spot, has damage to variegated leafs..etc

  •   Can I get a replacement plant?

A: Due to the nature of shipping live plants, they can encounter a myriad of stress factors and vectors that introduce problems on their way to you. Unfortunately this can happen outside of our control:

Fortunately with proper love and care  the plant should bounce back. 

If you believe this is an abnormal problem due to stress factors during shipment please reach out within 24hours of receiving your order so we can investigate and advise. Please be sure to photograph or video the plant and package so we can get a better idea of how to help. 

After 24hours of receiving your order there is less we can do.

We do not offer returns for plants that exhibit stress consistent with shipment. If you need help and advice on acclimating your plant please reach out to us @ we are happy to help and share our experience growing plants. 


Q: Can you hold an order for me?

A: Yes, please attach a note to your order and contact us Immediately and within our hours of operation, If you don't do this we cannot help you or may not see your message in time. 


Q: How frequently do you restock the store?

A: We restock our website weekly , usually every Thursday. We restock GREEN HOUSE ARABI every Friday. Please check our instagrams for the latest news, updates and promotions ( @NicePlants_GoodPots @NicePlants_Greenhouse ) 


Q: If I'm in Arabi/ New Orleans can I come shop at  GREEN HOUSE ARABI ?

A: Yes!  From Tuesday through Thursday we are open by appointment only 10:00am - 2:00pm .  Please email us at or message us on Instagram to schedule an appointment.

All appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you can come visit during our store hours: Friday - Saturday from 10:00am - 2:00pm 


Q: I need help with something and have some questions, when are you available to help?

A:  9am-5pm Monday - Saturday  with the exception of federal holidays.  We will occasionally respond on Sunday or after hours, but please take note that response times will be vary and you may not receive a response until Monday.
