Winter Shipping Policy

During colder months, we automatically upgrade qualifying orders to FedEx 2-Day service to reduce transit time and minimize exposure to freezing temperatures.

A complimentary heat pack is included with winter shipments when conditions warrant.

We closely monitor nationwide weather patterns and may delay shipping if temperatures fall below our safe transit threshold (typically 26–27°F). Plant health and safe arrival are our top priority.

We reserve the right to hold shipments if forecasted temperatures present a risk during transit. Our goal is simple: plants arrive healthy, not stressed or frozen.
