Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional shipping details.
If your order arrives with significant damage caused during transit, please clearly document the issue with photos or video within 6 hours of delivery and contact us at hello@niceplantsgoodpots.com.
Damage claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.
Please note that minor cosmetic damage such as bent leaves, small tears, or minor soil disturbance can occur during shipping and is considered normal for live plants in transit. These conditions typically resolve as the plant acclimates and continues to grow.
We reserve the right to evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement, store credit, or other resolution when appropriate.
