Philodendron Majestic

Philodendron majestic is an exotic hybrid of philodendron sodiroi and philodendron verrucosum. It has large, showy leaves with silver splotches and streaks. The plant is an epiphyte, which means if you give it something to climb is can grow nice and big. 

Philodendron majestic is a fast grower, producing one new leaf every two weeks. It is very easy to care for, but it is harder and slower to root unlike other philodendrons.

Care and Tips for growing Philodendron Majestic 

• Philodendron Majestic a needs about 6-10 hours of bright, indirect light to maintain its variegation. It can adapt to lower light conditions.
• Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves. The ideal location for this plant is in a west or east-facing room, about 2 – 3 feet away from the window.
• Philodendron Majestic  doesn't require additional humidity.  but would appreciate additional humidity above %60.  This plant absorbs most water through their root system rather than their leaves, so the best way to provide humidity for your plants is through watering the soil. This plant is pretty hardy and will be happy in most soil conditions, however we recommend a well draining soil to prevent possible issues. 
•  We recommend to water Philodendron Majestic thoroughly when top inch of soil is dry. Keep soil evenly moist, but not soggy. 
• Philodendron thrive in warm temperatures of 65-80ºF 
• Philodendrons  can be grown upright or in a hanging/trailing basket
