A. Tim Anderson Stripey (A. Mag x Pap) x (A. Rotundatum X) is a nice dark long and narrow hybrid between a unique & dark Tim Anderson Hybrid and an incredible Panamanian trilobe hybrid.
These seedlings are already showing great color and shape. They have a dark red emergent leaf that fades beautifully to an orange then a dark green with lots a Stripey veining similar to its parent.
The mother plant in this cross: The A. Stripey Mag x Pap is a Tim Anderson hybrid between his A. Stripey Magnificum x A. Tim Anderson Magnificum x Papillilaminum. This parent has incredibly dark and iridescent emergent leaves that fades to a dark and narrow leaf with bold and contrasting "Stripey" silver veins. .
The pollen donor: Anthurium Rotundatum X is a beautiful hybrid from our friend and Aroider Mike in Florida. It has a stunning bright pink emergent and a wide sinus. The juvenile plants start off with a long dagger shaped leaf and slowly transform into a wide sinus leaf when mature.
The hybrid between these two special plants have a beautiful golden yellow emergent that is sharply pointed and will fade to a dark green. We expect this plant to be long, dark, narrow and have a wide sinus and grow inro truly unique anthurium with great genetics.
