We're Joe & Jacob.

We started Nice Plants Good Pots in 2018 out of Arabi, Louisiana with a simple idea of growing plants that we love.

 Eight years later, we run one of the most focused independent Anthurium breeding programs in the country. Every hybrid we sell is bred or selected in-house, grown in our own greenhouses, and shipped with real roots. 

Our work centers on Anthuriums, but we also grow other aroids—Monstera, Philodendron, and Syngonium—alongside rare cacti including Astrophytum, Gymnocalycium, and Ariocarpus. Anthuriums are the obsession, though, and our goal is to condense 100 years of nature into just a few years through our breeding program.
