A. Dark & Stormy Mikes Yard #2 x A. Tim Anderson Mag x Pap Dark & Narrow | NPGP is a new Anthurium hybrid created by Nice Plants Good Pots in 2024 , be one of the first humans to grow these out!! .

 This Anthurium hybrid is an exciting cross between two sought after, rare,  dark,  long and narrow Anthuriums. These seedlings are already showing promising characteristics from both parents are sure to be a highlight of your collection. 

The mother plant in this cross: Anthurium Dark & Stormy is a A. Rotundatum hybrid from our friend & long time South Florida Aroider Mike's backyard. 

We were given a few seedlings from his A. Rotundatum that was openly pollinated in his yard, which features several other beautiful Anthuriums.  This plant in particular has dark,  almost black  leaves with an extremely narrow, textured surface & a nice wide sinus.

 The pollen donor : Anthurium Tim Anderson Magnificum x Papillilaminum is a Dark, long and Narrow plant we got from one of  Tim Anderson's old friends. It has incredibly dark and narrow leaves with a great dagger shape. 

Tim Anderson is a legendary Aroider and Hybridizer from South Florida who's work is featured in many popular Anthurium Hybrids.

• A. Dark & Stormy Mikes Yard #2 x A. Tim Anderson Mag x Pap Dark & Narrow thrive in bright filtered light, but we recommend avoiding direct sunlight.
• A. Dark & Stormy Mikes Yard #2 x A. Tim Anderson Mag x Pap Dark & Narrow appreciate nice humidity levels, but aren't too picky about humidity
• A. Dark & Stormy Mikes Yard #2 x A. Tim Anderson Mag x Pap Dark & Narrow plants would do best in a semi-coarse potting mix and we recommend letting the (roughly top 2") of soil media  dry on the top of the soil before watering.
