The Variegated Monstera Standleyana aurea is a rare, climbing aroid plant with deep green, oval leaves that have splashes or large patches of yelloe on them. It has a thick leaf, which makes it relatively hardy but also a very slow grower.
The plant grows best when allowed to climb, and a mature plant has a neat layered or "stacked" appearance. It does not develop fenestrations as it matures.
The plant grows best and provides the most variegation when kept in bright indirect light. Place this plant in an east-facing window or slightly away from a south- or west-facing window, protected from harsh direct afternoon sunlight.

Here are some tips for caring for a variegated Monstera Standleyana:

Provide well-draining soil using orchid bark, perlite, peat moss, and charcoal
Water when the top 2” (5cm) of soil dry out
Provide a temperature within 65-80°F (18 – 27°C)
Keep your standleyana humid by running a humidifier, using a pebble tray, or misting the leaves daily
feed your plant with diluted fertilizer during the growing seasons
Give your monstera standleyana albo at least six hours of bright, indirect light per day
Keep the plant out of direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves
Never let the soil sit in water for a long time since this will prevent oxygen to the roots and create an environment that causes root rot fungus and bacteria
Monstera Standleyana does not like direct or strong sunlight
Variegated monsteras can be tricky to care for because they have less chlorophyll than regular monsteras
Aim for a good cactus or orchid potting mix, amended with a bit of coarse sand or perlite to ensure it won't compact
